Study on Regional Migration Dialogues
Regional Migration Dialogues and the Global Migration and Development Agenda
ICMPD has published a new study on the relevance of Regional Migration Dialogues. It analyzes the role of the regional migration dialogues in the migration policy field in general and the linkages between them and the (global) debate on migration and development. It focuses on dialogues involving EU Member States and non – EU countries. The study is based on interviews with stakeholders and participants from two clusters of selected migration dialogues: ‘Dialogues to the South’ - Euromed Migration III, the MTM Dialogue and the Rabat Process - and ‘Dialogues to the East’ - Budapest and the Prague Process.
